The driving force behind Capital Consultants is Astrid Phillips. Astrid has been involved with residential property for nearly 30 years.

She has worked with major firms of residential estate agents in Mayfair and the West End of London and has dealt with property of all types and value within the central London area and southeast England.

She has handled all spheres of sales, purchases, furnished and unfurnished lettings, management, refurbishment and relocation.

For nine years prior to starting Capital Consultants, Astrid headed up the British division of a major US Relocation organisation.

Astrid formed Capital Consultants in 1993 and since then has built up a multi-lingual team dedicated to solving all your relocation requirements. Capital Consultants has worked for a number of major multinational companies including Motorola, St Paul Re., SITA and Philips Media.

Astrid has lived abroad for many years in a number of countries including Germany, Cyprus and the United States.

Astrid takes great care to ensure that she and her team fulfil the aims set out in the Policy Statement and that the team is not only imbued with these philosophies but is motivated by them.
